FEAR IS THE INABILITY TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHT

Fear is the perfect liar. It knows exactly how you think, is always watching and has a knack for crafting crazy believable narratives. It tailors its lies to exploit your specific weaknesses and vulnerabilities while pretending to help you fulfil your desires. It adapts its lies in real-time to seem credible.

Fear makes us believe that the choices we make are 100% honest. When in reality, fear has a say in every choice we make.

Fear is also the foundation of our ego. Our ego works tirelessly to preserve who we come to believe we are in order feel worthy.

But as adults, in order to grow we must learn to” letting go of our fear and ego in order to reach higher levels of truth and honesty.

To “be like water” is to allow ourselves to accept everything that confronts us. The opposite of this is resistance against things in order to push them away. Because it’s the ego that stiffens against things, and it’s exactly this “rigidity of the ego” that makes it impossible for us to accept truth.
